SWAMIH நிதி 2020 நவம்பரில் நிறுவப்பட்டது.
SWAMIH முதலீட்டு நிதி ,நிதி பற்றாக்குறையால் நிறுத்தப்பட்ட,RERA- ல் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட வாங்கும் திறன் கொண்ட மற்றும் நடுத்தர வருமானம் கொண்ட வீடு கட்டும் திட்டங்களை முடிக்க அமைக்கப்பட்டது.
இந்த நிதி செபியில் வகை -2 ஏஐஎஃப் (மாற்று முதலீட்டு நிதி) கடன் நிதியாக பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
SBICAP Ventu நிதியின் முதலீட்டு மேலாளராக உள்ளார்.
நிதி அமைச்சின் பொருளாதார விவகாரத் துறையின் செயலாளர் அளிப்பவர் ஆவார்.

அரசு மற்றும் பிற தனியார் முதலீட்டாளர்கள், பணக்கார நிதி நிறுவனங்கள், செல்வ நிதிகள், பொது மற்றும் தனியார் வங்கிகள், உள்ளூர் ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதிகள், உலகளாவிய ஓய்வூதிய நிதிகள் மற்றும் பிற நிறுவன முதலீட்டாளர்கள்போன்றவர்கள் AIF களில் முதலீடு செய்வார்கள்.
About SWAMIH Fund:
Special Window for Affordable & Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH)
The SWAMIH Fund founded in November 2020.
The SWAMIH Investment Fund was established to complete the development of stalled, RERA (Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act) -registered affordable and mid-income housing projects that have been stalled owing to a lack of funds.
The fund was registered with SEBI as a Category-II AIF (Alternate Investment Fund) debt fund.
SBICAP Ventu is the Fund’s Investment Manager.
The Secretary of the Ministry of Finance’s Department of Economic Affairs is the Fund’s sponsor.
Who will be the investors of the fund?
The government and other private investors, including cash-rich financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, public and private banks, local pension and provident funds, global pension funds, and other institutional investors, will invest in AIFs created/funded through the Special Window.
